This was originally completed in 2002, on my oooold terribly dark monitor. The colours were all wonky and the image itself was drawn quite lop-sided. I changed the colours today and tried to redraw and reposition her torso so she wasn't leaning as much. I'd like to think i fixed this image at least a little...

Any thoughts? For now, the original file (from 2002) can be seen here: [link] Though i may delete that file off VCL in a few days...

Dora was such an adorable and sweet little girl! ^^

Pencil sketch traced over and coloured with 3x5 inch wacom tablet.

That's so cute! :heart: My only suggestion is that the face should maybe be a bit more elongated. Otherwise, I don't see any flaws. The feet are perfect, and you did the ears really well.. those are tricky.

The hands and feet and her little rat paunch are so cute!!

Heh, my rattie isn't that thin. We must feed her too many treats. She's shaped more like a....well, a basketball. 0_o

lol thin? Dora wasn't really thin either.. she looked about like this i guess, but still.. thats not all that thin for a rat XP Aww but chubby rodents are so much cuter than "thin" ones.
At her peak, Dora weighed about a pound.. my heftiest rat was a black male named Wilburt. He got to be just about 2lbs ^^

You did a really nice job coloring it with a very "clean" style. Looks almost like it could be clipart. It's very cute. Nice job.

Thanks :) Flash makes it really easy for me to get nice flat cell shading and a kinda "clean" look. It's a great program...though i can't ever manage to animate anything with it.. just..draw n colour pictures XP
