Aiiee I saw this yesterday, and then scampered on over to your LJ and read a little more and.. wowee. I'm sorry this happened to you, but at least you two left on reasonably good terms and all. On to the drawing.

The way he is standing/reclining is beleavable, and you really get a good sense of weight in his tail. The brown outline was an excellent choice, it just gives the image a softer look. Plus, gear on butt? Definite plus. His feet! I want to pet his feet, you did an especially amazing job on those. The whole image just looks so solid. I think my only quarrel is the pants.. I just don't really get how they're working around the tail.
